Troubleshooting: Ubox camera can not connect to mobile phone
1. WiFi version
(1) Check whether the network is normal and whether the router can access the Internet normally.
(2) Check if the router is a 2.4G router.
(3) 10 seconds after power on, reset the machine.
(4) Connect the mobile phone to the router first, and check whether the router password entered on the APP is correct.
(5) Check whether the machine is too far away from the router, beyond the signal coverage.
(6) Open the APP, configure the network of the machine through sound waves, and test whether it can be connected.
(7) Through the AP mode, check whether the machine can directly connect with the mobile phone.
(8) Replace the mobile phone and router, and check whether it can be connected.
(9) Insert the TF card into the machine, turn it on for one minute, and save the logfile in the TF card and the video about one minute after power-on (optional)

2. 4G version
(1) Check whether the SIM card is inserted into the machine in the correct way.
